After some trying and failing setting up, disbaling settings and such, it worked after about 5 reboots. Just by following the guide exactly.

I've actually for the first time had fun in Tarkov, by playing alone. No more sweating or heartattacks. The cheese itself works perfectly, no issues at all over  period of 6 hours straight playing.

10/10, will buy again!
